Accidents happen. We’re here to help when they do. In case of an emergency, always call 911 first. Once everyone is safe, report your claim directly to your insurance company through their claims hotline or claims email. Whether it’s a car accident, home damage, or another insured loss, you’re not alone, we’re here to assist you along the way. Make an Insurance Claim
To file a claim please call our Claims Assist number 1-866-CLAIM-20 or email us at [email protected]. If it is an emergency, please call 911.
Before you begin, you'll need:
- Your policy number and/or your phone number
- As many details as possible regarding the incident
- A police or fire department report (if one was made)
Tracking an Insurance Claim
It's important for you to be able to follow the progress of your claim from beginning to completion. We've made it easy for you to track your claim in the way that is most convenient to you:
